3Search and Identify

Our team utilizes a variety of tools and sourcing methodologies to ensure we are sourcing and targeting the right prospective candidates for each search in a timely manner.

4Qualify and Interview

Each prospective candidate is qualified and interviewed by a highly trained interviewer to ensure that they meet the standards of our clients.

5Profile Submissions

We use a metrics based approach with a targeted submission to hire ratio (discussed at the onset of the search) to ensure we are adding value to our clients.


Acting as an extension of our clients, we manage all candidate communication, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, reference checks, and criminal/credit checks prior to hire.
