The co-founders of TalentMinder started their entrepreneurial journey over 5 years ago when they decided to leverage their collective 30+ years of experience in the staffing and resourcing industry. They successfully built a full service IT staffing agency which serviced a diverse book of clients across Canada on a contingency and retainer basis. Over the course of their journey and with multiple requests from their clients, they realized they had a fantastic opportunity to add additional services to their already successful book of business by adding more value to their clients through consulting and managed services.
